These orders are shipped with Royal Mail and should arrive between 2-5 working days after placing your order. (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days.)

UK NEXT WORKING DAY (MAINLAND UK) - 12pm Cut Off
These orders are shipped with Royal Mail and should arrive the next working day if ordered before 12pm.
Orders received after 12pm or on a non-working day will be processed and dispatched on the next working day, ready for delivery the next working day.
(Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
UK SATURDAY SERVICE (MAINLAND UK)
These orders are shipped with Royal Mail
Orders must be placed before 12pm on Friday to ensure they are delivered on Saturday.
NTERNATIONAL STANDARD
We ship to most countries around the world and to make things easier for our customers we offer Standard Shipping method for all International orders. (3-7 Working Days) International Standard Shipping will take approximately 3-7 working days, this could be longer depending on destination country,
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
The shipping method you select, will be applied to your order, once production has finished. For example: If you have selected next working day delivery with your personalised item, your jewellery will be sent out with the next day delivery, we once the item has been made.

- Orders with multiple items that include a custom product will be shipped together. If you wish to receive the non custom items sooner, please place two separate orders

- Any parcels returned due to invalid addresses may incur a charge, payable by the customer
