Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Many of our pieces are made to order or personalised, which means production times may vary depending on the design and customisation selected.
Typical production times are:
- In-stock rings: 2–5 business days
- Made-to-order rings: 10–15 business days
- Personalised or engraved rings: 10-15 business days.
Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched using a tracked delivery service.
United Kingdom Shipping
Free UK Shipping
We offer FREE tracked shipping on all UK orders.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Tracked Delivery: 1–3 business days
- Express Delivery: Next business day (where available)
All UK orders are fully tracked and insured during transit.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to customers worldwide.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days
- Rest of World: 5–15 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Signature Required Deliveries
To ensure the security of your purchase, some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
This is particularly common for higher-value items.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address provided.
Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is supplied, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to amend delivery details.
Additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect information may be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:
- The packaging
- The shipping label
- The item received
If a parcel is lost during transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Claims for lost shipments must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain locations where delivery services are unavailable, restricted, or considered high risk.
If we are unable to fulfil an order to a particular destination, a full refund will be issued.
