Our warranty is designed to protect you against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product under normal wear and proper use.

What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers

If your ring develops a manufacturing defect due to workmanship or materials, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the ring at no cost where possible.
• Replace the ring with the same or an equivalent design if it cannot be repaired.
• Offer an appropriate alternative solution if the original design is no longer available.

Examples of covered manufacturing defects include:

Gold, Rose Gold and Black Finishes

Some Abraham Allen rings feature PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) or similar durable coatings to achieve gold, rose gold or black finishes.

These finishes are highly durable but are not permanent and may gradually show signs of wear with everyday use. Normal coating wear is not covered under the Lifetime Warranty.

Complimentary Engraving

Personalised engraving is completed with great care. The warranty does not cover:

• Spelling mistakes approved by the customer before production.
• Requests to change engraving after manufacture.
• Damage caused by later engraving performed by another jeweller.

If we make an engraving error, we will correct it at no cost.

Ring Resizing

Many tungsten carbide, ceramic and Damascus steel rings cannot be resized due to their material properties. Please use our Free Ring Sizer before placing your order.

Incorrect sizing selected by the customer is not covered under this warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your ring has developed a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care team. Please include:

• Your order number.
• Your full name.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the ring.
• Any additional information that may help us assess the claim.

Inspection Process

Once your ring is received, our team will inspect it to determine whether the issue is covered under our Lifetime Warranty.

If additional information is required, we will contact you before proceeding. Inspection typically takes 5–10 business days after receipt.

Return Shipping

If a warranty claim is approved:

• Abraham Allen will repair or replace the ring in accordance with this policy.
• We will notify you of the outcome before returning the item.

If inspection determines the issue is not covered by the warranty:

• We will explain the reason.
• Where possible, we may offer a repair service for an additional charge.
• Return shipping costs may apply for non-warranty claims.

Transferability

This Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase may be required when making a warranty claim.

Consumer Rights

This Lifetime Warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable legislation.

Caring for Your Ring

Proper care will help your ring remain beautiful for years to come. We recommend:

• Remove your ring before heavy manual work.
• Avoid harsh chemicals and bleach.
• Clean regularly using warm water, mild soap and a soft cloth.
• Store separately to minimise scratches.
• Avoid exposing natural materials to prolonged moisture or extreme temperatures.
