Taxes
For UK orders, prices are displayed in accordance with applicable UK tax requirements.

Promotional Codes & Discounts
Discount codes:
- Must be entered during checkout
- Cannot normally be applied after an order has been placed
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- May not be combined with other promotional offers unless stated otherwise
Abraham Allen reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method used to place the order. Once a refund has been processed, please allow:
- 7 business days for most card payments
- PayPal refunds according to PayPal's processing times
- Klarna, Clearpay or other finance providers according to their respective policies
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Buy Now, Pay Later
Where available, flexible payment options such as Klarna or Shop Pay are provided by independent finance providers. Any finance agreement is between you and the relevant provider.
Abraham Allen is not responsible for decisions relating to financing approvals, repayments or interest charges. Please review the provider's terms before selecting these payment methods.
